Brazil is a foremost producer and exporter of sugar, renowned for its production of high-quality refined sugars. The specifications of Brazilian sugar are primarily classified into two main categories: ICUMSA-45 white refined sugar and ICUMSA-600 to 1200 brown suga
ICUMSA 100 Sugar is manufactured by using a Crystallization process without any chemical refining. ICUMSA-100 Sugar offer by us is well known for its Great Crystalline shape and purity.

ICUMSA 45 White Refined Sugar
ICUMSA-45 Sugar is a most Highly Refined form of Sugar. It has a Sparkling White Color, and is the type most often sold direct to Consumers. It is suitable for Human Consumption and use in a wide range of Food applications. It is perpetually in High demand as it is the safest form of Sugar, due to the fact that the refining process by which it is created removes the Bacteria and Contaminants often present in raw sugars

ICUMSA 600-1200 brown sugar is a type of raw sugar derived from the initial crystallisation of sugar cane. It retains some natural molasses, giving it a distinctive brown colour and flavour profile. Below is a detailed overview of its characteristics, specifications, and applications.
Characteristics
Colour: Golden brown, indicative of its molasses content. Texture: Rougher than refined white sugar, with solid crystal form. Flavour: Richer and more complex due to the presence of molasses, which imparts a slightly caramelised taste
Production Process
ICUMSA 600-1200 is produced from sugar cane through an initial crystallisation process. The refining process removes some impurities while retaining a portion of the molasses, which contributes to its unique flavour and colour. When fully refined, this raw sugar can yield approximately 70% white sugar.
Applications
Culinary Uses: Commonly used in baking and cooking due to its flavour profile. Industrial Uses: Frequently utilised by refineries for further processing into refined sugars. Nutritional Aspects: Higher mineral content compared to white sugar due to the retained molasses.
India’s sugar industry is one of the largest in the world, producing over 30 million tons annually. It plays a crucial role in the rural economy, supporting millions of farmers. India is also a major sugar exporter, primarily to Asia and Africa, with exports influenced by domestic production and global prices.
ICUMSA-100 to 150 White Refined Sugar, produced in India, is less refined than ICUMSA-45 but still of high quality, used in industries and direct consumption. It has a slightly higher colour value, making it ideal for various applications. Compared to Brazilian sugar, Indian sugar is often more competitively priced due to proximity to Asian markets. Indian sugar tends to have a slightly higher colour index, while Brazilian sugar is typically known for higher consistency in large volumes.
